Dogtopia of Brookhaven has some of the nicest friendliest and understanding staff I have ever met. They love and take care of my baby like I would.
My fur baby loves her 1 day per week at dogtopia. I can see her on cameras playing and having fun. The staff seems to know her by sight and cares for her.
Front desk staff is not always the most helpful and knowledgeable when questions arise. For example my wellness plan was supposedly set up but I noticed something wasn’t right and it automatically canceled without my knowledge and the front desk staff was not able to assist in the problem.
I also had questions about grooming that were never clearly answered
Faster drop off and pick up. I end up waiting at least 5 minutes more times than not, which is long for dog daycare.

Dogtopia staff is always very friendly and welcoming to us and our dog Archie. Scheduling for daycare and boarding is very efficient and everyone there is very caring!
Employees are helpful and respond quickly. Problems or concerns are addressed. My dog really likes the staff.
