We love seeing your pup’s wagging tail come through our door, but we understand that sometimes plans change! Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy. If you have any questions, feel free to ask our front desk or any of our managers.
Daycare Cancellations
Pay per Play: Daycare appointments for pups not enrolled in any of our wellness programs can be canceled at any time, including the day of, free of charge or penalty. Similarly, you will not be charged for failing to show up to a scheduled appointment, though our team truly appreciates a heads-up!
Wellness Plan (“Enrollment”): Daycare appointments for dogs on either our weekly or monthly wellness plans can be moved to any other day within the billing period* if you are unable to attend. These changes can be made at any time, including the day of the scheduled appointment. Refunds will not be issued if a prepaid day cannot be used within the billing period.
Daycare Passes: Daycare appointments for dogs using a daycare pass that has a predetermined number of days on the pass can be moved to any other day within the usage period of the daycare pass (typically 90 days from day of purchase). These changes can be made at any time, including the day of the scheduled appointment.
If you would like to cancel daycare for an entire billing period, you will need to submit a pause form either in person with our front desk or via our online form. We request a two week notice prior to any Pause Weeks.
* Billing period refers to one week (Sunday-Saturday) for those on our weekly plan, or one month (from the day you are first charged, NOT from the 1st of the month) for those on our monthly plan.
Boarding Cancellations
All clients are welcome to cancel any boarding appointments at any time, including the day of, free of additional charge or penalty. If you were charged a boarding deposit – typically only applicable over Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays- refunds for the deposit will only be available until one week before your scheduled drop off date.
How to Cancel Your Reservation
If you need to cancel your reservation, please call us at [512-766-3649] between the hours of 7 am – 7 pm (Monday through Friday), 10 am – 5 pm (Saturday) or 11 am – 1 pm (Sunday). If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.
