The ownership is amazing.
Everyone is so nice and takes good care of my dog. Most of them know my dog’s name as soon as I walk in.
I love dogtopia! They treat my dog well and always so attentive. I do wish they would let me know about any small scratches my dog has when I pick up. I know dogs play or can get scratch when they are in crates, I totally understand, but I do wish they report it when I pick up “hey a little heads up there is a scratch because of this”. I do not like getting my dog in the car and finding mysterious scratches and then going up to them asking when it could’ve been the first thing when it comes to pick up. Other than that, everything is perfect. I have been using dogtopia for years and I don’t think there is another boarding/ daycare for me. I do appreciate all staff and locations, however this small thing can be improved for any future dog parent.
I’m really happy with the service. I do feel like my dog comes home a bit smelly because the dogs all pee on the same turf they play on. It isn’t a huge issue for me at this time though

My dogs love Dogtopia! When we enter the parking lot they are so happy and excited. They cheerfully go and when they leave, they insist on giving all employees a hug and kiss. Rabbit and Squirrell say it’s a great place.
You are a reliable team. Always feel that my dog is safe and happy with you.
