The clean facility and caring staff makes it easier to board my fur kid and enjoy my time away

I have been taking my dog to North Austin Dogtopia for almost 2 years now. I can talk about how friendly and accommodating the staff is, how easy it is to make and re-schedule appointments, the perk of having my dog bathed while he’s there, the webcams that allow me to peek in on my dog throughout the day, and all the fun things the staff plan for the pups throughout the month. What matters most to me, however, is that the minute we pull up in front of North Austin Dogtopia, my dog starts to get super excited and literally pulls me inside. He immediately starts to greet the front office staff, and never looks back as he follows the staff into his happy place. That picture says it all, and dogs don’t lie!

The staff always takes such good care of my dog

I just need more time. I have only taken my dog twice. Everyone is super friendly.

The staff is AMAZING! I intentionally drove 20 minutes in the opposite direction every time the dogs need a little staycation. (We have a location 5 min down the road) but the N183 location staff is absolutely amazing. I wish we could add gratuity when we check out (especially boarding!) your staff is INCREDIBLE. It’s Alfie and Lola’s home away from home!

Our German shepherd, Squirrel, loves to play at Dogitopia. It’s his favorite place for fun

The Front Desk folks are amazing and took great care of our pups!

Love the fact that Islay is well taken care of. The feedback from Dogtopia is great i.e.. letting me know how she did and if there were any issues with other dogs as she is a single dog!

Everything

I love my dog so much and it gives me a lot of comfort to know she’s somewhere safe and having fun whenever we are out of town
