Pricing for boarding is a little high considering there are not individual spaces and the dogs have limited access to outdoors. Also it would be great to have more consistent webcam access to the entire space.
Cleanliness and Trustworthy. I know my pup will be well kept when staying w Dogtopia! They have given great care (personally driving pup to the vet and handling care instructions and going the extra mile!) when my pup, JackJack, was ill last time we boarded him. He’s an older dog, and I was wary about boarding him, but I was very happy with how Dogtopia’s manager personally took care of him!! Definitely recommend!
The staff is very friendly and caring.
My dog actually enjoys going to Dogtopia. In his 11 years, this is the only place he’s been happy to visit. The staff seems to genuinely care about our pets and I feel safe leaving him in their care.
My dogs are excited to go to Dogtopia. They see it and start moving around the car with excitement. They have not gotten sick there, like they have at other kennel free boarding places. They come home nice and tired. I think the balance between rest time and play time is good. I am happy with Dogtopia!
The Dogtopia staff is truly amazing, they take the time to get to know your pup and go out of their way to accommodate your specific needs. I feel lucky to have found a place that gives me peace of mind when I leave my pup for boarding or day care. The activities, special food days and portraits for special occasions are wonderful.
We took our 7 month old double doodle in for a Meet & Greet to get her cleared for future visits. The girls were very personable and explained the vetting process. We felt very comfortable with how everything was handled. We were very happy to hear our pup passed muster and is cleared to go back for daycare & boarding. If everything goes as well on future visits we will be very pleased!
