Staff is wonderful and my Doodle loves to go 4 days a week!
They make me feel like they really care about my precious Penuche in every way!
Everything! The staff is very friendly — to people and to dogs! My sheepadoodle can’t wait to get there and hug all of the staff. The treat and meal ideas that they have are so creative and clever. The attention that they give to all of our fur babies is top notch. It is a wonderful experience all the way around.

The staff at Dogtopia is excellent–they even pet my Siberian husky when she goes to Dogtopia once a week. I like the tv screen in the reception area, but I can’t ever see my dog, presumably because she sleeps in a pen at the front of the big dog section, which the camera doesn’t show. I would like for there to be more activities at Dogtopia, since my dog is so laid back that she mostly lies around. Nice that lunch treats are occasionally provided. Thanks for the chance to provide feedback.
The pricing has been a bit of an issue. I initially took my dog in at the end of June for a meet-n-greet screen for daycare while there was a promotion for 1 month of unlimited use for $99. A real deal! When I met with the woman, I told her I was going to be out of the country for the first 2 weeks of July, would the offer still be valid. She told me that she would put a note in my dog’s file to honor the offer. Returned home and took my boy to daycare, no issues. I was billed$40 for 1 day. The girl at the desk told me she would talk to the owner but nothing changed. I’m going to keep my fur baby at day care but we will be moving to half days only. The fee schedule is a bit confusing…don’t know if you have to book all appointments at once to get a package?
