Ruby has been going to Dogtopia for years. Every time she goes she gets so excited and loves going. The staff is very kind and sweet to her.
Strong odor in drop off area. I am not sure of gym area smells since I haven’t been in there.
My dog comes home with cuts and scratches. He probably instigates! So a dog sitter that goes to your home may be a better option for some so that’s why my recommendation score is lower
Dogs seem to have a lot of fun and get some good exercise.
The staff are friendly, know my dog, and seem to love him. I appreciate that there are regular “events” to keep it interesting or offer something different.
My only wish is that there were a bigger area for the pups to run outside to play.
I’m always confident that our dog Pudgy will be safe when we leave him for any length of time at Dogtopia of Austin. They treat him with love and care. I trust them implicitly for Pudgy’s care.

Charge for 24 hrs cycle for boarding. I dropped my dog off at 5:00 p.m. on Friday evening and picked him up at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday and was charged for 2 days of boarding and a half day of daycare for that extra hour after noon which I think is kind of crappy.
Friendly staff who seem to genuinely love dogs and enjoy seeing them show up. I like that dog goes off happily without a backward glance at me (and he has separation anxiety at home!). I also love the fun promotions and holiday parties with photo ops.
