The team at Dogtopia is wonderful! We always feel welcomed and appreciated. When we leave our dog with them we know she is well cared!

Last week was our first time back since our Lexi passed during Covid. We finally have a new pup.
We received the same friendly greeting as before from your staff. We did our meet and greet and left him there to play. We watched the webcam on and off throughout his playtime. Both play coaches appeared bored and non interested in engaging the dogs in fun playtime. Maybe 30 minutes of some sort of structured play would stimulate them and get them to enjoy each other. I did notice that most of the time the play staff stayed out of the cameras site. That’s not to say they weren’t busy doing something behind the camera but I was hoping for more stimulating playtime from them with the dogs. Our pup did fine for his first time, however like him, they all seemed somewhat bored. We will continue to come for the half day sessions since he needs the opportunity to play with other dogs. Your facility is always very clean. It was also wonderful to see Craig. He took such good care of our Lexi when she was alive. Thank you!

Even though Bronco and Tucker aren’t regulars, the staff always seems to know them and care for them.

Everything! Everyone who works there loves the dogs. They know all of them by name. My dog starts racing to the door as soon as we park. I love all the special food options as treats. The photos, the events, everything. This is the finest organization that I have ever used to take care of my beloved dog. They said a high bar for everyone in the business.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. You can tell that they care about the animals and the families they belong to. I feel good about leaving my dog with your team.

The staff is friendly and my dog is happy when we go inside. They greet him and remember him.

Staff always friendly and available. Piper has a lot of energy and when she comes home from Dogtopia she usually takes a little nap. Let’s us know that she played hard.

Love the management at the Lakeway Dogtopia! They’ve always taken great care for my Westie!!

I appreciate the friendly staff and manager, and it’s nice to see the dogs’ various rooms, too. It is reassuring to know the dogs do get special treats and activities, although I wish there were “brain games” more often.
