Meet the Team
Madeline Howard, Shift Lead
Madeline has been with Dogtopia since October 2015. When she isn’t providing dog parents in Canton with the best service, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family. Madeline is a true animal lover who enjoys trips to the zoo and aquarium on her days off as well as jaunts to the beach.
Hannah Lavelle, General Manager
Hannah has been with Dogtopia since March 2019. She worked as a Canine Coach before moving to a Shift Lead role, and now General Manager! She has two adorable pups, Ellie and Xena.
Natt Chiraphisit, Canine Coach
Natt is a lead Canine Coach and has been with Dogtopia since February 2018. He is a natural dog lover and is the king of our Gym playroom!
Cynthia Malkinski, Shift Lead
Cynthia has been with Dogtopia since January 2022. She is a doggy mom to an American Bulldog, Ruby-Roo. She has her associates degree in Science and is currently pursuing her second degree in Criminal Justice Studies.
Jaclyn Zukowski, Assistant Manager
Jaclyn has been with Dogtopia since March 2022. She loves the seeing the pups everyday and developing relationships with the pet parents! She also has her own puppy, Bessi Mae, who you will probably see playing with your pup on the webcams!
Emily Shaffer, Shift Lead
Emily has been with Dogtopia since April 2022. She has a wonderful puppy, three kitties, and a bunny! She loves to see the pups at Dogtopia making new friends and tiring themselves out, it brings her so much happiness!
Lily Agueda, Canine Coach
Lily has been with Dogtopia since August of 2024. She loves spending time with your dogs and giving them all the love! Outside of Dogtopia, she is pursuing a career in firefighting. She also has her own pup, Graham, who is her world.
Lindsey Hammel, Canine Coach
Lindsey has been with Dogtopia since April 2022. She loves getting kisses from all the dogs, and her favorite breed is a Golden Retriever!
Jenn Kile, Parent Relationship Manager
Jenn has been with Dogtopia since May of 2015. She is dedicated to making it the most exciting day ever for every pup that walks through the door by planning lots of fun events! She’s also is your dog’s favorite nail tech. Jenn has two dogs of her own, Gizmo and Jax, and the 3 of them along with her wife, Lexi, live happily in PA!
