Our climate-controlled indoor dog daycare provides three supervised open-play rooms. Rather than placing every pup in a single large group, we match dogs based on their size, temperament, energy level, and play style, which allows our Canine Coaches to create playgroups that are better suited to the individual dogs in their care.

Our play groups at a glance:

• Toybox: Smaller dogs, puppies, and older or slower-paced dogs
• Romper Room: Medium-size and medium-energy dogs, plus larger-breed puppies
• Gym: Larger, high-energy, and active dogs

WHAT DOES A DAY AT DOGTOPIA OF Canton LOOK LIKE FOR DOGS?

A typical doggy daycare day combines active play with opportunities for pups to rest and recharge. Dogs spend their day enjoying supervised open play and fun activities with friends before taking a scheduled midday lunch and nap break from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. in homestyle crates located in the same playroom they’re already familiar with.

We sell some snacks and treats, as well as offer house food that we can provide. Please contact our team to learn more.

Our expert Canine Coaches remain actively involved throughout the day, monitoring dog body language and behavior to help keep interactions safe and positive.

WE START THINGS OFF WITH A MEET & GREET

Your dog’s safety comes first. Before joining doggie daycare, every new pup must pass our 20- to 30-minute Meet & Greet that includes:

• A health-history review
• A nose-to-tail assessment
• A controlled social evaluation with a small group of dogs
• A comfort test in our home-style crates

This allows our team to learn about your pup and determine whether our facility is the right fit for them.

DOGTOPIA REQUIREMENTS CHECKLIST

All dogs at Dogtopia of Canton must be:

• Up to date on their vaccines (including Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella)
• At least 12 weeks old
• Spayed/neutered if seven months old and older

STAY CONNECTED WITH LIVE DOG DAYCARE WEBCAMS

Live webcams are installed in every playroom. Because our facility has three playrooms, pet parents with a dog in daycare can check the appropriate room from their computer or smartphone during active play.

Note: Our webcams are not available during the noon-2:00 p.m. nap period or overnight. You can also view playroom cameras in our lobby during Meet & Greet visits.
