So far we have only completed Meet & Greet but it was such an easy process with super friendly and knowledgeable greeting/intake.

The care givers are great. My dog loves it there.

Visibility – the cameras are nice. Treats sometimes offered which is nice. My dog is excited to go- likes all who greet us at the car.

I am at the Canton location and mostly everything is great, they have really helped my dog become more social and on most aspects I could not be happier. The staff is friendly and great with my dog and communicative to me.

The only minor issue I have is pickup. The street is very very tricky for queueing for pickup, and it’s no longer really feasible to not do curbside, so you are forced to do it that way. All of that in consideration, and the street stuff not being the staff’s fault (though ownership planning does come into play), they are sometimes just not super responsive on the pickup. I use the app to give advanced notice, and notify as soon as I am there, and I frequently come before the rush so there is nobody else waiting (mostly to mitigate the bad street parking situation), and I still end up waiting a longer time than I would expect. I kind of understand it more when it’s busy, but (and this part is assumption on my part) ironically I think they are MORE responsive when it is busy because it’s like rush-time and they are rapidly processing the pickups, but it feels worse at times when I try to beat the rush. If I am the only person waiting and it still takes 20 minutes to get my dog AFTER I gave a 15 minute heads up that feels kind of like the system is not working. All that being said, it’s totally variable. Some days there is no delay at all. And it is still a great service regardless that I am overall happy with.
