Why should I join Dogtopia’s weekly wellness plan?
Similar to a child in daycare, it’s important to keep your furry child on a consistent routine of socialization, education and exercise. Dogtopia of Owings Mills' wellness programs allow you to enroll your pup in daycare on a weekly or monthly basis and receive the best price! And you’ll have peace of mind knowing they are in a safe and comfortable environment developing positive behavior they can show off at home.

Do you require a contract?
It’s an open-ended agreement. By enrolling in daycare, you are guaranteed pricing for 12 months. You may cancel or update your enrollment with a two-week notice.

How often am I billed?
Billing is small, easy, weekly or monthly payments. You will get billed once a week on Monday or the first week of the month.

What if I miss a week or a day?
We understand that issues arise that may require an absence. You can easily pause your enrollment at anytime, just let us know the week before that specific billing cycle. Each enrollment plan provides a total number of daycare days per week to use whenever you like. We recommend developing a consistent schedule for you and your dog, as dogs thrive off of routine. Unused daycare days do not rollover to the following billing cycle. We are here to help you determine the right plan for your desired attendance.

Does my wellness plan offer any discounts on other services?
Enrollment provides you with the absolute best price on our daycare and boarding services. Additionally, our enrolled pet parents will receive 25% off spa and grooming services as well as a discount on our proprietary DASH activity monitor

How does boarding work with enrollment?
Dogs on our wellness program are given priority for dog boarding reservations. Your weekly and monthly enrollment may be applied toward your overnight stay’s invoice. If you’re staying longer than you’re enrolled, you simply pay the enrolled boarding rate. If you’re not enrolled and looking to board, you will be charged the non-enrolled boarding rate. For those pet parents on unlimited enrollment, you will simply be charged $30 per night of boarding

Is my dog required to attend daycare the same days each week?
While attending daycare on the same days will allow them to spend time with their BFFF's we understand how hectic schedules are and do not require pet parents to commit to a day per week. What is most important is that your pup attends daycare and execises consistently!

Can I change my plan?
Yes! Please just notify us of upgrades or downgrades prior to the next billing cycle. For cancellations, we ask for a two-week notice. Cancellations are only able to be completed by a member of our management team.

Can I purchase more days without changing my plan?
Yes. Additional daycare days may be purchased without changing your plan and we will honor your daycare rate as outlined by your specific wellness plan. Should you consistently need more days than your current enrollment plan, we will suggest you upgrade your plan to enjoy more savings!

Can both of my dogs use one plan?
We allow one dog per wellness plan. If you have two dogs, you’ll need to purchase two plans. We do offer multi-dog discounts!

Will I get a receipt?
Yes, you’ll receive an email each week or month notifying you of the charge to your credit card.

Can I pause my plan?
Yes. You have the ability to pause your plan at any time. All pauses require a one-week minimum. Please email or call Dogtopia of Owings Mills on the Friday prior to your paused week in order to process the pause.

How do I cancel?
All cancellations require a two-week notice and manager approval. To cancel your enrollment plan simply email or call us so we can process accordingly

Can my wellness plan be used at another Dogtopia?
