Albert joined our Towson location at the very beginning and quickly advanced through multiple roles, from Canine Coach and Rover to Front Desk Associate and eventually Team Lead. As we prepared to open our Owings Mills location, it was clear that Albert’s experience, leadership, and dedication made him the ideal choice to help guide our team toward success. We’re grateful to have Albert as the familiar, dependable face our pet parents trust and rely on every day.

Meet the Team
Heather & Alex Davis, Owners
Prior to investing in Dogtopia of Owings Mills, they spent the past 3 years ramping their first Dogtopia in Towson. Prior to that, Heather spent nearly 20-years managing national marketing programs for two well-established franchisors based in Maryland. Heather’s main role is to support her management team and manage the marketing programs for Dogtopia of Towson and Owning Mills.
Alex has spent his career in medical sales, specifically in genetic testing and he will be assisting in establishing community partnerships in Baltimore County.
They have two children (13 and 10) and two large dogs: an English Mastiff and a Greater Swiss Mountain Dog.
Hailey Bosse, Area Manager
Meet Hailey, Our Regional Area Manager
Hailey splits her time between our Towson location and our sister facility in Owings Mills. She has been with us since before our doors officially opened, bringing valuable experience from working at another major daycare and managing dog training for a well-known name in the pet industry.
Hailey’s passion and love for what she does shine through in every interaction—with the dogs, our team, and their families.
When she’s not working, Hailey enjoys relaxing at home with her fur babies or unwinding through yoga.
Hailey is excited to meet you and we are thrilled to have her lead our amazing teams!
Javon, Team Manager
Javon has been with our sister location since Spring 2023. He started as a Canine Coach and quickly stepped into a leadership role, showing strong dedication, growth, and a natural ability to lead.
Javon has a special way of connecting with everyone — dogs, parents, and team members. His approachable personality and positive attitude make him someone people naturally gravitate toward, and he easily builds strong, genuine relationships.
He’s incredibly excited to be part of the Owings Mills team and is looking forward to creating even more connections with our dogs, parents, and staff. We’re so happy to have him!
When Javon isn’t at Dogtopia you can find him at home with his own fur babies curled up next to him while he is gaming or making music!
Albert Jordan, Assistant Manager

Meet Jordan! 🌈🐾
Jordan is our Front of House Manager at Owings Mills! She originally started her Dogtopia journey at our Towson location, where her fun personality and willingness to jump in wherever needed quickly made her a valued part of our team. Now, she’s bringing that same energy to Owings Mills and is excited to help lead our front-of-house team! 🧡
Jordan is all about color, creativity, and having fun! You can always count on her to be ready for a photo party, themed event, or basically any excuse to dress up with the dogs! 😂📸🐶 Her outgoing personality makes her a familiar and welcoming face for our pups, pet parents, and team.
Fun fact: If it’s colorful, involves a costume, or means taking cute pictures with dogs, Jordan is probably already signed up! 🌈✨🐾
Sarah, Team Leader
Meet Sarah! 🐾🧡
Sarah is one of our Dogtopia OGs! She was part of our Towson team from the very beginning and, after some time away, has officially returned to the Dogtopia family—this time helping lead our Owings Mills team to success as a Team Leader!
Sarah is outgoing, fun, and brings great energy wherever she goes. Her passion for dogs and the work she does shines through in everything she takes on, and we’re so excited to have her experience and personality back on our team!
Fun fact: Sarah’s love for dogs started long before Dogtopia! 🐶 She actually started her own dog-sitting business before ever joining our team, so caring for pups has always been a huge part of who she is! 🐾🧡
Taylor Harris, Canine Coach
Taylor has been with us for nearly a year and quickly cross-trained in every position at our Towson location. When Owings Mills opened, she seamlessly became the go-to person the team could count on. No matter the role or the question, Taylor is always the first to step in and offer support—truly a dependable resource for everyone.
Missy Heddinger, Dog Groomer
Missy has been with the company for nearly a year. She began at our Towson location, where she continues to work three days a week, and joins our Owings Mills team on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Missy quickly became a parent favorite thanks to the adorable and high-quality haircuts she consistently delivers. With about four years of grooming experience, she has yet to meet a dog she can’t groom.
Kyla, Canine coach/ Rover/Front desk
Meet Kyla!
Kyla has been part of our Dogtopia family since before we opened our Towson location, and she has been an invaluable member of the team ever since. She is cross-trained in every role, making her a dependable resource wherever she’s needed.
Kyla is incredibly dedicated to her job and always goes above and beyond for both our team and our dogs. Her commitment never goes unnoticed—even when the weather doesn’t cooperate, she’s willing to do whatever it takes to be there, including staying overnight during snowstorms to help care for our boarding dogs.
When she’s not at Dogtopia, Kyla enjoys anything pink and loves spending time with her kitten.

Syd, Canine coach/Rover
Meet Syd!
Syd has been part of our Dogtopia family since the day we opened, and it has been incredible to watch her grow over the years. Since joining the team, she has gained a wealth of knowledge about Dogtopia, dog behavior, and providing the best care for our pups.
Syd is always willing to jump in and help wherever she’s needed. Whether she’s supporting her teammates or caring for the dogs, she approaches every shift with a positive attitude and a smile.
Her dedication, teamwork, and enthusiasm make her an important part of our Dogtopia family, and we absolutely love having Syd on our team!
Kaylah, Canine coach
Meet Kaylah!
Kaylah is one of our wonderful part-time team members, and although she’s only with us a couple of days each week, she brings so much positivity and joy to the building every time she walks through the door.
Her love for dogs is easy to see, and she always looks forward to spending as much time with our pups as possible. Whether she’s giving them extra attention, helping care for them, or supporting the team, Kaylah is always happy to jump in wherever she’s needed.

Alyssa has been with us since the very beginning at Towson and has been part of the team since day one. She is currently a full-time college student, and we are so lucky to have her join us during summers and holiday breaks.
Alyssa has such a fun and positive personality that lights up the building whenever she is here. She brings great energy to the team, and we truly adore having her as part of our Dogtopia family!
Cayln, Canine coach/Rover

Cayln started with us while she was still in high school, where she successfully balanced her schoolwork and her job responsibilities at Dogtopia. From day one, she has shown intelligence, dedication, and a consistently positive attitude.
Cayln has a strong love for the dogs and always brings a caring and attentive approach to her work. It has been great to watch her grow and develop since joining the team, and we truly appreciate everything she brings to Dogtopia!
Austin, Canine coach

Austin is one of our awesome Canine Coaches, and his genuine love and passion for dogs shines through in everything he does! 🐶🧡 Whether he’s caring for the pups, giving out some extra love, or making sure everyone is having the best day possible, Austin puts his whole heart into his work.
He has an incredibly big heart, and the care and kindness he brings to our pups and our team definitely does not go unnoticed! 🥹🐾
Fun fact: Austin is also a talented musician! 🎶 From playing the drums to the guitar, his talents go far beyond the playroom. Dogs AND music—what more could you ask for?! 🎸🥁🐶
Jess, Front desk coordinator

Jessica is one of the first smiling faces you’ll see when you walk through our doors! She loves welcoming our pups and pet parents each morning and is always ready for some puppy cuddles to help start your dog’s day off right! 🐶💕
With her friendly personality and love for the dogs, Jessica helps make every pup feel excited and welcomed from the moment they arrive!
Fun fact: Jessica has big dreams outside of Dogtopia too—her dream is to become an actress! 🎬✨ So who knows… you might just be dropping your pup off with a future star! 🌟🐾
Darren, Canine coach
Meet Darren! 🐾🧡
Darren came to our team with some Dogtopia experience already under his belt, having previously worked at another Dogtopia location out of state—and we are so lucky that his journey brought him to us! 🐶
Darren is an incredibly hard worker, and when it comes to working with the dogs, he is truly a natural. His ability to connect with the pups, understand their personalities, and confidently work with them is a talent that definitely stands out.
His experience, dedication, and genuine care for the dogs make him such a great addition to our team, and we absolutely love having him as part of our Dogtopia family! 🧡🐾
