Meet the Team

Heather & Alex Davis, Owners

Prior to investing in Dogtopia of Owings Mills, they spent the past 3 years ramping their first Dogtopia in Towson. Prior to that, Heather spent nearly 20-years managing national marketing programs for two well-established franchisors based in Maryland. Heather’s main role is to support her management team and manage the marketing programs for Dogtopia of Towson and Owning Mills.

Alex has spent his career in medical sales, specifically in genetic testing and he will be assisting in establishing community partnerships in Baltimore County.

They have two children (13 and 10) and two large dogs: an English Mastiff and a Greater Swiss Mountain Dog.

Hailey Bosse, Area Manager

Meet Hailey, Our Regional Area Manager

Hailey splits her time between our Towson location and our sister facility in Owings Mills. She has been with us since before our doors officially opened, bringing valuable experience from working at another major daycare and managing dog training for a well-known name in the pet industry.

Hailey’s passion and love for what she does shine through in every interaction—with the dogs, our team, and their families.

When she’s not working, Hailey enjoys relaxing at home with her fur babies or unwinding through yoga.

Hailey is excited to meet you and we are thrilled to have her lead our amazing teams!

Sky Beckner, General Manager

Sky has been with our Towson location since the beginning, taking on a wide variety of roles—from Dog Trainer to Team Lead—and excelling in every one of them. Her adaptability and skill set quickly earned her the nickname “the Swiss Army Knife” of the Towson team.

We’re thrilled to now have her talent and leadership at our Owings Mills location, where she continues to elevate our team and the community we serve.

Javon, Front of house Manager

Javon has been with our sister location since Spring 2023. He started as a Canine Coach and quickly stepped into a leadership role, showing strong dedication, growth, and a natural ability to lead.

Javon has a special way of connecting with everyone — dogs, parents, and team members. His approachable personality and positive attitude make him someone people naturally gravitate toward, and he easily builds strong, genuine relationships.

He’s incredibly excited to be part of the Owings Mills team and is looking forward to creating even more connections with our dogs, parents, and staff. We’re so happy to have him!

When Javon isn’t at Dogtopia you can find him at home with his own fur babies curled up next to him while he is gaming or making music!

Albert Jordan, Front Desk Shift Leader

Albert joined our Towson location at the very beginning and quickly advanced through multiple roles, from Canine Coach and Rover to Front Desk Associate and eventually Team Lead. As we prepared to open our Owings Mills location, it was clear that Albert’s experience, leadership, and dedication made him the ideal choice to help guide our team toward success. We’re grateful to have Albert as the familiar, dependable face our pet parents trust and rely on every day.

Taylor Harris, Canine Coach

Taylor has been with us for nearly a year and quickly cross-trained in every position at our Towson location. When Owings Mills opened, she seamlessly became the go-to person the team could count on. No matter the role or the question, Taylor is always the first to step in and offer support—truly a dependable resource for everyone.

Missy Heddinger, Dog Groomer

Missy has been with the company for nearly a year. She began at our Towson location, where she continues to work three days a week, and joins our Owings Mills team on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Missy quickly became a parent favorite thanks to the adorable and high-quality haircuts she consistently delivers. With about four years of grooming experience, she has yet to meet a dog she can’t groom.

Kaleb, Rover

Kaleb has been with us since the very first day we opened, and he’s been a dedicated part of our Dogtopia family ever since. He’s always ready to take on whatever the day brings and consistently shows up with a strong work ethic and team-first mindset.

When he’s not caring for our pups, Kaleb is busy being a college student — balancing classes, studying, and working hard toward his goals. His ability to manage both school and work speaks volumes about his commitment and drive.

Kaleb brings such a positive, upbeat energy to the team, and we’re so grateful for everything he contributes each day! 🐶✨

Chris, Rover/Canine coach/ Front desk

Chris is one of our all-star team members who is trained in every role in the building. Whether he’s up front, in the playrooms, or supporting behind the scenes, he can truly do it all — and he does it with confidence and care.

He brings amazing team spirit to every shift. Chris is always smiling, incredibly outgoing, and never misses a chance to crack a good joke to keep everyone’s mood up. His positive energy is contagious and makes even the busiest days more fun.

Most importantly, Chris has a genuine passion for the dogs in our care. He takes pride in making sure every pup feels safe, loved, and happy.
