The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They answer all questions thoroughly. The best thing I like is my ability to see my puppy on your webcam. What a great feature for us pet parents.

We have been very happy with our experience here overall. The staff is friendly and caring, and our dogs seem to enjoy their time at daycare, which is very important to us.

The one area I would really like to see addressed is the bathroom arrangement during very hot weather. I completely understand and appreciate not taking the dogs outside when temperatures aren’t safe for them. However, on those days the dogs are allowed to potty inside the facility. I do wish there were another solution, such as a designated turf or protected potty area, that would continue reinforcing the idea that going to the bathroom indoors isn’t appropriate.

Especially with younger dogs who are still developing good habits at home, consistency with house training is important. Finding an alternative for hot-weather potty breaks would make an already good daycare experience even better for us.

We love everything about Dogtopia! My puppy gets so excited from the moment he knows that he’s coming there. Once he gets there your friendly and fun staff greets him with love. He gets super excited and makes his way to the playroom where he greets all his friends. Since coming to Dogtopia he has learned so much and never wants to leave there. We appreciate your accommodating weekday and weekend hours. In addition, we love that you have spa service which is very convenient for us. We also love the fact that you offer boarding services. Knowing that we are leaving our baby in good hands each day and even over night if boarding makes us feel so happy and at ease. Also, we absolutely love the Webcam. Being able to watch our baby while he’s there is an added bonus.

The location and the appearance of the facility are excellent also the groomer did a great job with my dog. I only wish the cost for boarding was a little more affordable.

I love and appreciate how all the staff show genuine care and fondness for the dogs including recognizing each dog and calling them by name.
