How friendly everyone is and how much they love on my dog!
Employees are Wonderful. They remember me and my dog. They act like they are so excited to see my dog.
I have lots of good things to say. My only real complaint is that Saturday and Sunday operate on a significantly shortened schedule, but still cost the same as a regular full day. Since weekends are only 8 hours and still have the same 2 hour nap period where your dog isn’t getting play time, you’re really only getting 6 hours of play compared to the 10 that you get on a week day. Yet you have to pay the same amount for 4 hours less. The dogtopia we used to go to in Canton only charged a half-day fee for weekend days due to the shortened schedule.
I was very pleased about the professionalism and knowledge of the staff.
