Heather and Alex Davis, Owners
Meet the owners of Dogtopia of Towson, Maryland, Heather & Alex Davis!

When not providing much-needed wellness services to the pet parents of Baltimore County and Towson, Maryland, Heather and Alex enjoy spending time with their two young children, Sasha their 4-year-old Greater Swiss Mountain Dog and Lady Adelaide their 1-year English Mastiff!
Alex and Heather are grateful for the opportunity to bring this amazing service to the pet parents of Towson and Baltimore County!
Hailey Bosse, Regional Area Manager
Meet Hailey, Our Regional Area Manager
Hailey splits her time between our Towson location and our sister facility in Owings Mills. She has been with us since before our doors officially opened, bringing valuable experience from working at another major daycare and managing dog training for a well-known name in the pet industry.
Hailey’s passion and love for what she does shine through in every interaction—with the dogs, our team, and their families.
When she’s not working, Hailey enjoys relaxing at home with her fur babies or unwinding through yoga.
Hailey is excited to meet you and we are thrilled to have her lead our amazing teams!
Meg Price, General Manager
Meet Meg, General manager
Meg has been with us since the day we opened and brings a strong background in daycare, dog boarding, and grooming. She originally joined the team as a Canine Coach, quickly rose to Team Leader, and now serves as our PRM.
Meg has a special touch with every dog and parent who walks through our doors—her calm, caring presence makes everyone feel welcome and supported.
When she’s not at work, Meg enjoys spending time with her son and her dog, most likely curled up together watching a movie.
Ty, Shift leader
Meet Ty — team supervisor
Ty brings a strong background in dog knowledge and an undeniable passion for animals. She approaches each day with energy and enthusiasm, ready to take on any role—whether in the playroom or behind the scenes. Known for her hard work, attention to detail, and dedication, Ty is absolutely adored by both dogs and teammates alike.
When she isn’t at work, you’ll likely find Ty gaming, with her dog and cats curled up beside her.
Julie, Front Desk Lead
Meet Julie- shift leader
Julie is one of the friendly faces you’ll usually see at our front desk, greeting parents with a smile and making sure everything runs smoothly at check-in and pick-up. But don’t be surprised if you spot her in the back of house too — she loves being hands-on with our pups whenever she gets the chance!
Julie is incredibly outgoing and brings a positive, upbeat energy to every shift. No matter how busy the day gets, she shows up with a great attitude and is always ready to take on whatever the day at Dogtopia has in store.
She is with us part-time and spends her summers here since she is a dedicated teacher during the school year. When she’s not in the classroom or at Dogtopia, Julie has a passion for dance and is always up for a good adventure.
We’re so lucky to have her as part of our team!
Kendall, Shift Leader
Meet Kendall — Shift LEADER
Kendall joined us with no prior experience, but it didn’t take long for him to earn the title of the “Dog Whisperer.” He has an incredible ability to manage any and all dogs that come through our doors and brings confidence and care to every interaction.
As the king of the gym room, Kendall is always ready to get active and throw a dance party with the pups. When he isn’t at work, you’ll likely find him following his favorite sports—or cheering on the Ravens during football season.
Kendall’s energy, enthusiasm, and love for dogs make him a standout member of our team.
Darius R., Canine Coach
Meet Darius — Canine Coach
Darius, affectionately known as “Romper Rice,” is always ready to take on the Romper Room with energy and enthusiasm. He came to us with no prior experience, but his dedication and eagerness to learn have quickly made him skilled at caring for our fur babies.
When he isn’t at work, Darius enjoys spending quality time with his son or pursuing his passion for photography. His curiosity, drive, and love for animals make him a valued member of our team.
Jordan, Canine Coach
Meet Jordan — Canine Coach
Jordan brings pure love and passion into every corner of our building. She has a natural connection with the dogs and treats each one with care, patience, and enthusiasm. As a true team player, Jordan is always ready to jump in, help wherever she’s needed, and learn as much as she can.
Her bright, happy personality lights up the room, and she expresses her creativity through her unique style and makeup. When she isn’t at work, Jordan is at home spending quality time with her own pets — her beloved dog and cats.
Jordan’s energy, dedication, and authenticity make her an amazing part of our team.
Gabby, Canine coach/ Rover
Meet Gabby!
Gabby is one of our incredibly dedicated and hardworking team members. Her passion for dogs shines through every day, and she’s always eager to learn more about Dogtopia and canine care. She is constantly looking for opportunities to grow and expand her knowledge so she can provide the best care possible for every dog she meets.
When she’s not at Dogtopia, Gabby enjoys spending time with her bunny and reptiles. She also loves coloring in her free time.
Fun facts about Gabby: she loves anything pink and orange, and her favorite animal is the cheetah!

Missy, Groomer
Missy has been with the company for nearly a year. She began at our Towson location, where she continues to work three days a week, and joins our Owings Mills team on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Missy quickly became a parent favorite thanks to the adorable and high-quality haircuts she consistently delivers. With about four years of grooming experience, she has yet to meet a dog she can’t groom.
Rodney, Canine coach/ Rover
Meet Rodney!
Rodney is a great part of the team! He came to us with canine knowledge and was ready to learn more! From coaching to being a rover, we are always excited for days with him! He has so much dedication and passion!
When Rodney isn’t at Dogtopia, he enjoys spending time with his kids, especially playing football together. He also has a wide variety of hobbies, including roller skating, ice skating, playing video games, and watching anime. One fun fact about Rodney is that he has a black belt in martial arts!
Rodney brings a positive attitude, a great sense of humor, and a fun energy to the team every day. We’re so glad to have him as part of the Dogtopia family!
Taylor, Canine coach/Rover
Meet Taylor!
Taylor is a valued member of our team who splits her time between our Towson and Owings Mills locations. She is cross-trained in every role, making her an incredible resource wherever she’s needed.
Taylor is dedicated, passionate, and always strives to do her best. She not only pushes herself to succeed but also encourages and supports her coworkers, helping the entire team grow. Her bubbly personality and positive attitude make her a joy to work with, and she brings great energy to every shift.
When Taylor isn’t at Dogtopia, she enjoys relaxing at home with her family and spending time with her poodles.

Ellie, Seasonal Helper
Meet Ellie!
Ellie is one of our wonderful seasonal team members who is always ready to jump in and help wherever she’s needed. She first became part of the Dogtopia family because her family’s dog is one of our Founding Dogs, and we’re so happy that connection led her to join our team.
Ellie has an outgoing personality and a way of lighting up every room she’s in. Whether she’s helping with the dogs or supporting the team, she’s always willing to lend a hand. Our summers and holiday seasons wouldn’t be the same without her!
When she’s not at Dogtopia, Ellie is passionate about music and hopes to pursue a career in conservation one day.

Katie, Front desk
Meet Katie!
Katie’s journey with Dogtopia started as a pet parent, and we’re so happy she became part of our team! She is a full-time teacher and spends her weekends, holidays, and summers with us, bringing her enthusiasm and positive energy to our Front of House team.
Katie is an amazing employee who keeps everyone smiling with her great sense of humor and contagious laughter. She loves getting to know our dogs and pet parents, and she helps create a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
Fun facts about Katie: she has two Chihuahua-Pit Bull mixes, and she knows how to read Braille!

Sienell, Canine Coach
Sienell, better known as Juju, brings energy and enthusiasm to every shift. He comes to work ready to keep the dogs engaged, dancing with them and confidently running the playrooms while making sure every pup has a safe and fun experience.
When he’s not at Dogtopia, Juju enjoys spending time at home dancing, playing video games, or relaxing with a good book.
His upbeat personality and dedication to the dogs make him a valued member of our team, and we’re happy to have him as part of the Dogtopia family.
