Loving, professional staff. And I like that they offer daycare and boarding. The camera is so nice so I can check on my pup any time!

Your services are a bit pricey

Mikhail Nowlin is a clearly outstanding general manager. Of course, the entire staff is terrific – all are courteous and helpful while a couple are even fun to interact with – however, Mikhail is exceptionally masterful in his customer care and service, flexibility, rapid response, and true affection for our Bravo.

The Staff is amazing when caring for my dog. She is always happy to go to daycare and disappointed to leave. I have boarded her at this facility as well and this was once of my best boarding experiences. I love that I am able to see her on the camera and if I have any concerns when watching the camera I can always call and they are happy to answer my concerns.

Prompt responses, reasonable prices, my dog is well loved there.

Caring, loving staff!

Ease of drop off/pick up, friendly staff. My dog pushes
on the door to enter and immediately tries to get to the back……if she’s happy, I’m happy!
We have been clients of Dogtopia Bethesda since soon after they opened and have never had a problem.
Management/staff have gone above and beyond a few times to help me out in a crunch.

Really appreciate the care and attention our dog receives. Mikhail, Ali, Lauren and the rest of the team truly are happy to see and spend time with our dog.

Very professional

Our dog really enjoys his weekly day care visits at Dogtopia Bethesda. He is always very excited to play with his dog-friends and happy to see the staff. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and caring, the management very professional and accommodating, always flexible when we need to change or reschedule the date of a visit. If the space where our dog plays had natural light that would make it a perfect 10, but we know this is beyond the control of the management at this location. Most importantly, our dog has a great time!
