Excellent and loving care for my sweet puppy. Even when I was worried they called me and I was able to Facetime one on one with my puppy. Great, great place!

I think my dog doesn’t drink enough water. That’s not because you don’t provide it, but I’m not sure how many bowls are in each room. My dog is in w the larger dogs usually. Today their play seemed to be just following the employee around. When someone else came in that got a lot more excited. There were more than 15 dogs in the Gym room so more than one employee would have been better for the dogs and the employee. I know they can’t have toys ball because they may get aggressive/possessive, but why can’t they have something of their own for nap time in their crate and then it get put away w their collar?

The owner of the Bethesda location was so rude and condescending that I will never return to this location. I got a call from a number I didn’t recognize with someone claiming to work for dogtopia saying my account had a balance and asked for my credit card. When I told them I didn’t feel comfortable just giving my credit card over the phone without an invoice he handed the phone to the manager who was incredibly aggressive, rude. His first line was “hello young lady.” I am a 37 yo woman, not a young lady. Before letting me speak he rudely told me “we do this for a living.” Was rude, condescending, would not listen to my concerns of just giving my credit card over the phone, treated me like a child. Then lied that my nanny “refused to pay” for a prior appt which was not true. My husband called him and then he lied to him about our conversation and treated him with respect. I was about to spend a lot of money to board my dog here consistently. After experiencing this misogynistic, dishonest and disrespectful owner I will NEVER return
