Dogtopia Bethesda was very patient and friendly to my dog [FIRST NAME REMOVED]. The meet and greet was a helpful orientation for my dog. While he was playing and interacting with other dogs and staff, I was getting a tour of the facility. It was very organized and clean with staff standing by to clean up any doggie messes. The only thing that other facilities have that I wish Dogtopia Bethesda had is an outside play area.
Also when picking up my dog after boarding him for 3 days, I was pleasantly surprised with how accommodating staff was to me. I had just had a 5 hour train ride and an hour taxi ride to get home and get my car. I had phoned Dogtopia earlier and they volunteered to stay a half hour after closing so I could get my dog as long as I paid their late fee of $15 which I happily did. Also since I was picking up my dog early, Saturday afternoon instead of Sunday morning, I called to check-in with Dogtopia to see if he could still have a bath and get his nails trimmed and they agreed. Overall, I recommend Dogtopia Bethesda and trust them to take care of my dog!

Comprehensive services with staff that really care of about the dogs. The space is a little smaller than I would like, but there was staff monitoring all rooms and engaging with the dogs.

Matias enjoyed a fabulous visit this past week!! He is always happy when I pick him and more importantly he is always thrilled to go back!!

I love bringing Maggie C. to daycare, she gets to play, socialize, and get taken care of throughout the day! Watching her from the puppy cameras is my guilty pleasure and makes the day go by quicker! Definitely Recommend.

The staff was fantastic and it really showed that they care about the dogs and making the owners feel comfortable. They patiently answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease and my dog loved her first day!
