Be more clear about what constitutes a “half day” of boarding. You are open from 7 am to 7 pm, which would make it seem that half a day would be 6 hours. But when we told the gentleman at the desk that we wanted to drop off our dog at 9:30 am, he seemed uncertain but told us that our half day would end at noon. This didn’t seem right.

Friendly and warm staff and a very happy dog!!
People are lovely and kind to our dog and I always feel like he is taken care of, which is most important. Lack of outdoor space or time is a built in limitation however.
The initial meet and greet was a little hectic and fast.
Outdoor exercise space will be great.
Professionalism, enthusiasm, convenient location.
The best part of Dogtopia is that I can see my presides dog. They take great care of our dogs
