1. The building is ALWAYS CLEAN. It doesn’t matter what time I arrive with my dog or when I leave, the air is always fresh. No sprays used to cover bad odors that should have been cleaned.
2. Whoever is at the desk is always friendly. They know where my dog is all the time. The dogs can go outside and there are several rooms utilized.
3. There are several cameras that are on continuously. When you are in the lobby, you can see where your dog is. There is also a link so you can watch your dog from home or the office.
4. We have used Dogtopia for two years and would not think of going elsewhere. There has been no turnover of management which makes me peaceful and I know my dog is taken care of very well, more importantly, she is very safe.

While I enjoy bringing my pups to DTOB, I do not like that the multi-dog discount is no longer offered. When I bring my pups for a visit I typically bring them for long stays 3 days or more which is pricey. I may start to consider other options.
