It would be helpful if the staff would wear name tags so we could better learn and use folks’ names. I wish the cameras were left on during the 12-2 nap time (turning them off makes it feel like there is something to hide). Finally, I would like to encourage your company to invest in training for the staff to help them know how to handle and engage dogs during the day. It seems like the dogs just mill about most of the day, but pack training like they do at Canine to Five helps with behavior and stimulation for the animals and would be more rewarding for the employees, as well.

The friendly approach and attentiveness of the staff.

My dachshund and I are always warmly greeted no matter when we come in or who greets us. They know his name, and will tell me things about how he does during his stay there. It is obvious that they care about the clients and their much-loved dogs.

My pups and I “heart” Dogtopia of Birmingham. They are always eager to go inside once I pull into the parking lot and leave exhausted from a visit of FUN! My pups have been clients for the past 3 years and my guys love it there! I trust the team and their commitment to providing excellent care to my pups and all pups.

My big girls are a lot of dog, and the wonderful staff handles them so well. It’s always a great sign when my dogs cannot wait to get in there when we arrive. ❤️

Improved web cam coverage

The team at the front always seems excited to see Ryder and check him in, which I really appreciate. I do wish there were a few small obstacles or activities in the room, since Ryder is still in his “puppy” phase and loves to explore, jump, and stay busy. It would be great for him to get a bit more physical activity beyond just walking. Overall, I’m very happy.
