Love the staff! They are super friendly and seem to enjoy what they do. The theme days are super fun!
It is also great that the lobby and playrooms are cleaned regularly.

Every one is so friendly, and attentive, welcoming, and amazingly they remember my doggie the minute we walk in..even if it’s been awhile since we were there.
Also, the B’ham spot smells better then the other ones, (as my doggie does too)👍👍👏🏻😍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The facility is clean, the people are very nice and professional. I also really like that it’s a reasonable quantity of dogs and they do a good job separating them by size. The webcams are also a very nice feature so you can check in on your pup whenever you want.
