The assessment and services are promptly booked and taken care of. There is lots of communications on care and well being of you pet including how others are being cared for and interacting.
The associates interact with the dogs instead of just watching them.
Friendly staff that makes it feel like home. Puppy loves loves coming and is ready to race out of the car to go play with his friends. There is always some type of special event that makes both human and puppy very happy.
The place is very clean and the staff are very friendly.
When we first started going to Dogtopia, we loved it. Then there seemed to be a hiccup somewhere in the middle where it seemed like a lot of staff were leaving and the overall experience became generally disorganized, so we took a bit of a break. My husband was also bit by a very aggressive dog (unprovoked) in the lobby, so our confidence was totally shaken.
Since giving this location another shot, it seems like everything is back on track and maybe even better than ever. So happy to have this management + team.
