Everyone is super friendly and welcoming! You can tell they LOVE the dogs in their care by how they greet them and talk about them. Beans is so happy coming to Dogtopia Brampton!
The hours and different services.
Nishita at the front desk was lovely. So was Krys who evaluated by Dog. It’s heart warming to have such kind and happy employees taking care of zoey. Plus I love that I can check on her through webcam.

Everyone there was friendly to Maya and myself / daughter. Facility was nice.
We appreciate the photo of Maya but really would’ve liked to have had a photo that looked nice for her 1st photo there. Couldn’t see her ears and like my daughter said, Maya looked more like a seal than a dog in the photo.
We’ll bring her back again but maybe just for 3 hours. Don’t like her away for so long and yeah, she did come back home not being the Maya we know and love. She was very timid but we read about the personality stuff in your booklet.

The staff is super friendly and provided updates on my dogs first day to let me know everything was going well. They even followed up the next day to ask how my dog was doing. I also loved that I could watch from the webcam. Would highly recommend.
