After Shadow and I became familiar with the routine and what to expect with both day care and boarding what really stands out to us is the (collective) staff ‘s concern, care and love for each pup that walks through the door. Very welcoming every time !

Staff are attentive and responsive to any questions and concerns.

The onsite grooming service available is also a big bonus and convenience as staff coordinate Shadows appointment during day care !

Shadow knows the route and gets so excited in the car on Dogtopia days. She is well cared for !

My dog comes back happy and tired. And looks forward to going back. That means they are doing everything right.

The staff are great at checkin. The video is so helpful.

I do think the offer to take them outside to go to the bathroom for a small fee would be beneficial.

Some staff are more engaging in the rooms playing ball and blowing bubbles then others but all seem to have good control.

The staff is very friendly and also wonderful with JJ. He loves to go there.

The webcam in the gym. The response time is very slow and live video continuous freezes.

Very friendly staff, who are all great with Hogan.
Automatic payment, so no line when you are dropping off or picking up to pay for the day.
Great weekday hours, although I would utilize some Saturdays if the hours were longer.
Different events to support worthy causes.
Cameras to check in on Hogan a few times throughout the day to see how he is enjoying himself.
If Hogan has a medical event, we are notified immediately.
Hogan gets to socialize with other dogs and people.
Periodic photos provided of to us of Hogan. We have quite a collection on our fridge!

Incredible, welcoming staff who clearly know all the pups and are very communicative. You can tell they put a lot of care and effort into programming. We feel safe leaving our baby dog there, and whenever we tell him he’s going his ears perk up and he gets very excited!

Friendly and caring staff. Clean playrooms with equipment to keep dogs busy and places for them to rest. Staff will redirect dogs for unwanted behavior. The webcams are great!
