I feel my dog is safe when there and gets a good amount of socialization and exercise.

well organized and professional appear of facilities.

However, sometimes there is a unusually strong smell of dog urine and my dog even smell after I bring her home. Most times the smell is tolerable.

My only suggestion would be to ask the facilities to work harder to clean up after the dogs. Or rinse and disinfect the mop and bucket more frequently

Kash went to the spa for the first time and I am so impressed. He looks amazing!!!!! I will absolutely go back

The team is so friendly and helpful. They truly love the dogs.

Jake would come to daycare even more if it was up to him.

Penny loves coming to play with her friends both 4 legged and 2. She’s a much happier dog.

Larger room small dog room. The toybox is tiny!

We like everything about the services at Dogtopia Burlington. They are friendly, professional and caring to us and our fur baby. The activities are sweet and fun and the chances of getting special photos are really high :).
My only suggestion is to improve the camera in the Romper room so that I can see her more easily.
