I cannot get the webcam for the Romper room to work consistently. The toy box and gym work fine all the time. Needs to be addressed
More play would be good.
My dog was very excited to go to Dogtopia as soon as we got to the parking lot after his first visit. I can tell he really enjoyed his time there.
I have a new rescue puppy. He is a little shy and nervous. He needs to be socializing with other dogs and he needs to burn off some energy. Dogtopia is a great place to do that. I love that you have half days and I an drop him off in a secure safe place for him to run and play.
Staff members are friendly and welcoming. Not just to us but to our dog too. You can see that they really cared about our dog and that they made sure he was comfortable and happy. We really like that they screened him on his first visit so they new which group of dogs he’d be most comfortable with. By the second day he was very happy playing with the other dogs. We are looking forward to our next visit and an all around anxious free boarding.
Everyone is so friendly. Our pup instantly fell in love with it there. He gets so excited when we pull up. Helps get all his crazy puppy energy out and makes him such a good boy at home.
Staff energy and enthusiasm is top notch! Our pup is always so warmly greeted we know that he is well taken care of throughout the day. Fun photos and activities are a nice treat that we look forward to. My only complaint would be that they do come home smelling a bit like peepee but to be expected with the number of pups. Perhaps in future having a turf area within the room with some underneath drainage where the pups relieve themselves in one area consistent with home grass use might keep others from running through pee etc. just an idea. No complaints though!
Most of the staff are just exceptional and so is the manager

Your staff are very good with the dogs. Penny loves playing with her friends and has fun with the activities.
