Flexible times for drop off and pick up. Well staffed and dogs are well supervised.
I buy the five-day pass and get some complimentary visits as well – Dogtopia is always ready to welcome Moonie so this offers great flexibility. the staff are super friendly, and Moonie has a great time – so overall I am very happy with Dogtopia
Very polite front staff and very knowledgeable. The staff that come to pick up my dog from the front are also so nice and they remember my dog all the time now that we come so often.
The staff is awesome. Customer service is great, other companies should have a look at this model.

Easy to book. My did seems happy to go and gets most of her energy out while there. Pretty accommodating for last minute reservations.
Everyone is very friendly and obviously logs dogs!! Our dog is always well looked after and he loves going to Dogtopia to see all of his friends. I would definitely recommend them.
Our dog Mick seems to like going there very excited from the minute he gets in car he goes crazy when he sees where he is. Best part tired when comes home. Our main reason for him going there too active and we need a break. Love the Webcam and the little pictures and reports. Nice to know he can go there for the day when needed and no worries
