My dog enjoys the social daycare. Employees follow-up and seem to genuinely care.
Being able to view on camera and being able to play with other dogs.
Customer service is amazing!!! I feel good knowing my dog is safe when she’s there! So glad I started taking my dog here, she loves it!!

My dog likes going to daycare at Dogtopia. That’s all I need to say about it 🙂
It would nice to see less commercial / upselling of events that could have minimal impact on your margin (ie. running race the other day was $3, I’m unsure what this cost went to – was additional labour required to run this event?) and didn’t seen any photos/videos.

the dry shampoo smell is horrible. but I do not know how to fix that.
Initial impression is ultra positive. The facility is clean, bright, organised, and well run. Everyone I’ve met so far has been very friendly and accommodating. Only issue on first day was the video in my dog’s room wasn’t working. Otherwise, very happy with Dogtopia in Burlington and look forward to bringing Millie in on a regular basis.
