Well to start of and most importantly, my dog looooves the place. He’s equally happy coming in as he is coming out which is always a great indicator.
We love all the staff, they are very kind and have always helped me sort everything out, from last minute appointments to sorting out invoicing. We also love the updates I get when my guy stays in boarding.
We love the fun activities you guys do and then seeing the dogos enjoy them on your instagram.
Walking 4 dogs in with two staff members watching, didn’t offer to help. Didn’t open the door. 🙁 employees didn’t seem overly happy at drop off.
Staff are very friendly and genuinely like dogs.
The staff is very nice and I love the whole system they have in place, the services, and the routine of how seamless they make everything.
The one thing I will say is whenever I take my dog in for a half day, I feel like they always short me time. Then I finally sent an email because it kept happening and no one ever replied to my email. So that’s pretty annoying. I stopped bringing him in for hand days
I recently started bringing my dog, Merlin, to this daycare, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment we walk in, the staff greets Merlin like he’s one of their own. They’re friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about the dogs in their care.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, my pup is excited to be there!
