Everyone is very friendly and genuinely care about the animals.
Very friendly caring staff.
Penny loves going and looks forward to seeing her caregivers when we get there. It makes me feel good about leaving her there while I go away for a week because I know she will have a good time with people that care about her.
The only complaint I have is about the new website. When a date is confirmed part of the message says “ America/Toronto “. We are not part of the US and never will be.
my dogs fur smells after one day of daycare. Try to improve the clean up of the floor to reduce the smell
