Friendly greeting from staff. My pup is always so excited when we get there and very tired from playing all day. I really have a good feeling when I bring my pup for daycare and bonus you can check in on them with their webcams.

Very nice facility, very friendly staff. Really like that they have a webcam to watch my dog through the day.

At pick up he came out with couple of less friendly dogs,
The staff had him wait until the dogs left, then approached Everett to ensure that he was ok, and myself too, before she was confident that everything was ok.
She apologized profusely for something that was unexpected and spontaneous not her fault.

Easy to book in services, prices are fair, our pup absolutely loves the staff and space. Webcam is great to keep an eye on the dog from time to time just for fun to see how he is getting along. Always get updates if there are any concerns and they run fun events regularly which we love sending Bluey to. Overall just fantastic for ease of mind whenever we go through a busy window and know we can’t give Bluey the attention he deserves for that brief time.

Everyone working there is so friendly and helpful! You can tell that they truly love animals and working with dogs! I feel so confident that my puppy is in good hands when I drop her off and she is so excited to see the staff when she gets in the door! My dog is exhausted at the end of the day (which is a plus for me!) and I can tell she always has the best day ever at Dogtopia!

That you make sure and stay on top of all the shots every dog needs to come into play. Safe, secure environment and you seem to know a little about each dog that comes in the door. I also really appreciated the free day I got for Revy the other day because he hadn’t been in awhile. Good customer service – excellent marketing. Thank you.
