When you have an abundance of dogs in one room you should have more than one staff with them. One person is not enough to keep an eye on that many dogs

Staff are friendly and love my dog.
The staff are helpful and willing to answer questions. My dog had her first day at Daycare and did well. The staff seems dedicated to providing a safe caring environment for the people’s pets.
The only service we use now is the grooming and we brought our two Yorkies in last week
My wife had shown the Groomer the pictures that we wanted for our two Yorkies and unfortunately I was not too pleased with our oldest female yorkie concerning the facial groom
I am uncertain if I’m going to bring back our Yorkies for grooming again
The previous groomer she was fantastic before she left and went downtown
I am undecided, whether I’m going to bring Waco to the groomer shortly
Dogtopia is great! The staff are really friendly. We use them regularly for daycare and boarding and each experience has been great. Having the ability to check in during the day with their online camera system is a great addition. Highly recommend!
