More interaction between staff and dogs, they should try to engage the animals in games instead of just walking around and having the dogs follow the staff. Having the dogs play on the ramps and maybe a small maze to have them use their minds, also the toy box room should have more items they can climb on. Just a thought.
We were worried about Giselle not fitting in at Dogtopia of Douglas Glen as she enjoys her humans more than other dogs. The team at Dogtopia of Douglas Glen really made sure Giselle was comfortable and she has integrated very well with the other pups. Dogtopia provides us with a worry free place Giselle can go to hang out with her friends.

it is under new management so havent attended often as yet but he was happy to go, and wagging his tail when I picked him up.
Friendly staff that care’s and I know my dog is well taken care of for the day.
After their grooming, my dogs came home happy and super clean. Thank you.
There were lots of problems digitally signing forms, as well as logging in to the app to see the webcams
Webcams, location, hours, special event days, photos and videos, team and cleanliness. Like the app for bookings. Seems as though new owner has brought positive change – renovations look great.

Friendly staff, very informative as well as knowledgeable. They eased my concerns and answered any questions I had. Chopper loved his first day and all of the dogs and staff ( although he was more interested in the staff)
