Great environment for our dog

Everything. The staff is kind and happy. They’re kind to the human and furry customers. I love the transparency of the video cameras. My dog loves going there. If he’s not playing he’s following the team member around, getting exercise. It’s a great place. They don’t have many businesses anymore with this level of excellent service.

Staff is fantastic.

The staff were all welcoming and knowledgeable. I felt at ease leaving my puppy for playtime. I greatly appreciate we had a tour of the facility. We love the webcam to check on her. The facility is clean and organized. The safety measures were reviewed with us. My other dog that wasn’t attending that day was also taken care of while the tour was given. We like the outdoor and indoor play areas. The grooming service was very good too!

The employees here actually love all the dogs and the dog parents. They are amazing! This service has so many beneficial features for my dog. It has built strength in his body, helped calm him down and allowed me to have quite time when I need it.

How caring the trainers and staff are. It’s like my pup is their pup too.

I like the staff, and the environment. I’ve never seen a problem in the dog room as the staff members are diligent in watching for negative behaviors. I also like having access to the video feed to watch my dog during the day

The staff is so amazing, the facility is immaculate and I have peace knowing my dogs are loved and cared for by the staff. Its great opportunity for my dogs to learn social skills and allow me to have peace at work and can observe them through dog cam.
