Everyone is so nice and I was so impressed that you actually get to know the clients so well that as we pull up to pick up our pup you know who we are and to call the pet up to come out. So far my Tucker seems to really love coming!

The groomers are down to earth, polite , and professional, they actually care about the animals and give them the best care that you need for the ones we love!!!;

OMG, I’m so happy that we were invited to a free trial play day! It’s exactly what we needed for our high energy year old doberman! I only wish we knew about this sooner! They are knowledgeable, experienced, transparent, and they go above and beyond to keep the facility clean and dogs safe and happy!!!

I love bringing my dog! Seems like he’s having a great time with their staff and enjoying the company of other dogs.

This was our first experience with Dogtopia Bakersfield and we could not have been more thrilled with their services! We needed to board our yorkie (Charlie) for several days but had some concerns because he had just had leg surgery and was restricted from playing with other dogs. The staff went above and beyond to make sure he had plenty of attention and that he was comfortable and well cared for. We loved the ability to check in on him through the cameras and loved the interaction the staff had with all the dogs. The facilities are very clean and organized and we loved how they assessed Charlie’s needs and set up a plan to make his stay a very positive one. While waiting to pick up him up at the end of his stay, I spoke with some other customers who were picking up their dogs from daycare and they also raved about their experiences. We will definitely recommend Dogtopia Bakersfield to others and we will be returning for future boarding and day care. Thank you Gabriel, Quinn and Jensen for a great boarding experience.

Good people, great teamwork and they always welcome my baby girl. Happy to have a place that gives her plenty of exercise and love, while I’m working and they always have a good repore with her.
