We are happy with our dogs overall stay at dogtopia. She seemed to be well taken care of and I like that I could see her on the camera’s most parts of the days. I was kind of shocked at the extra “treat” charges that they never mentioned about it costing extra so that was disappointing to see an additional $18 on my bill. When we arrived for drop-off, they mentioned oh, we’re BBQing and having watermelon popsicles can she have one? I said yes thinking it was included but there was no mention that it cost extra. I had called in on Monday to check in on Lucy and they were like oh, its cheese day can she have some? No mention that the fact it cost additional money. Transparency would have been great, I would have still done it, but the fact it wasn’t explained that I’d be spending $18 on a hotdog, watermelon treat and cheese was frustrating.

I am able to check on my furbaby every now &then.We hate leaving our baby,so it’s gives us peace of mind when we’re able to see him interact with other dogs.The facility is clean too.

Dogtopia is a great place to bring your dog for daycare. The facility is clean. The staff is friendly. There are different rooms based on your dog’s size and energy level. It nice to check the cameras periodically to check in on your dog. I like how there is a rest time for the dogs in the middle of the day. One some days, you can pay extra for special treats or art activities.

I love the monthly activities and treats for the dogs. They stimulate and enrich the dogs experience, which can extend their life. Most important for my dog, the exercise is low impact which helps his arthritis. The dog activity tracker is my favorite, it is fun to see how many miles he walks. Love this place.
