NEW PET PARENT?
If this is your pup’s first time at Dogtopia, there are a few things pet parents should prepare prior to rewarding your dog with the most exciting day ever!
At Dogtopia, our passion is giving every single dog the best-individualized care with their health, safety, and comfort as our top priority! Our home away from home environment is the perfect place for your pup to learn, play, and socialize with their BFFF (Best Furry Friend Forever).
Meet the Team
Mikayla Morris, General Manager
Mikayla has been working with dogs since she was 12 years old, and her passion for helping them thrive has only grown stronger over the years. At 18, she began formally training dogs and have since developed experience in basic obedience, agility, leash reactivity, and trick training. Nothing makes Mikayla happier than helping bridge the communication gap between dogs and their families, ensuring both feel understood and supported.
After running her own dog-training business, Mikayla realized she loved not only the hands-on work with dogs, but also the business side of the industry. Her role at Dogtopia has allowed her to combine both passions—working closely with families to provide exceptional care while also offering insight into their dogs’ behavior. Every day brings a new opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of our pups and their people, and she is grateful to be part of that journey.
Matt Snapp, Operations Manager
Matt has been with Dogtopia since the opening of our East Pasadena location, bringing a strong background in management and operations. While he may seem serious at first, he has a true servant’s heart and takes pride in managing the team effectively, helping everyone work together at their best. A lifelong animal lover, Matt genuinely enjoys spending his days working with dogs. Outside of Dogtopia, he’s a fan of Dungeons & Dragons and classic Kung Fu movies.
