The staff is extremely friendly and attentive towards the dogs from the minute they walk in the building!

Everyone was so friendly and helpful at the East Pasadena location. All my questions were answered and I felt at ease leaving my dog in their care. I am so happy they are open in my city!

So far, excellent!
None of the webcams worked, but I assume that is because you aren’t “officially” open.
The staff is fantastic, and the setup looks very inviting for the dogs.

The activities for the dogs

The staff and facilities are great. My dog seems to like it. I’m just worried about no outdoor space for dogs to urinate/poo. I’m not comfortable with my dog going in a room. I’m not even sure he would go, he would probably hold it until I got there. I’ve only left him there for about 5 hrs because of this.

Great people who treat your dog as if it is theirs. The place is clean and designed for activity and fun.

So far, we are very excited to have our pup at DogTopia. They’re getting going strong and it’s clear they have great intentions to help the dog owners of Pasadena. Junior and Becca have been especially helpful.
