When we pick up our dog from day care, at times she smells REALLY bad. I’ve asked that her paws be wiped down prior to her being brought to me and sometimes it is done

There are a lot of improvements that could be made with the app. It would be helpful to have a message function to send requests directly through the app instead of having to send an email every time. There also appears to be some kind of syncing issue in the app. Approved appointments sometimes disappear, our wellness plan enrollment no longer shows up, and the address on the dashboard just says “undecided”. There also appears to be something wrong with the connection for the webcams. When watching through both the app and web browser the webcams always freeze after a minute and the only way to fix the feed is to refresh the page.
Another improvement would be with boarding. We recently boarded over the weekend and it was frustrating not having access to the webcams on Sunday (when daycare was closed). Also we never received any updates or check ins throughout the week so the webcams were our only way to make sure our pup seemed fine. The option for increased communication during long stays would be helpful for my own peace of mind during boarding

Love all of the canine coaches and managers!! You guys are amazing. I love that you love my dog as your own. Dropping him off feels safe and easy and I can relax knowing he is loved and taken care of.
My only request is that you stay open 7-7 on Saturdays!!! 🫶🏼
Easy to reserve appointments, dog loves to go and play with friends. Safe environment with fun activities for the doggies.
We like that all dogs have to be fixed and go through a meet and greet before accepting the dog. This ensure the safety for all the other dogs that are there. I like how easy it is to use the app/website to do the scheduling. The check in and check out process is fast and easy.
