I liked the staff and the hands-on approach to the dogs, but I was disappointed that I wasn’t able to see my dog in the six hours or more that I was gone from him. I don’t know if the WebCam wasn’t working or what. But other than that, I absolutely love the idea that I can take him to a safe place when I need to.

Dog has a thorough workout by end of day.

The Staff are all extremely polite and very attentive to both their customers and their canine guests! They treat the dogs like family and the dogs go there feeling right at home!

My dog is very happy at this location. Drop offs/picks are easy and it is an overall nice dog-loving community.

I also appreciate the bath services my dog gets. It’s very convenient when he spends the day playing with friends, then has a bath before I pick him up.

I took my dog in for a grooming and they did a geaat job except they didn’t give him a hair cut like I requested. However, they live my dog and he always is happy to go there

Mikayla, Destiny, Matt and the whole staff are always so friendly. I love that I can check in on my dog with the live cam. I love the arts and crafts and the themed days!

Everyone is friendly, understanding, considerate and I know they really care about the dogs they have in their care

Indoor play area. Everyone at the East Pasadena location are SO nice! Most know our dog when he arrives.
