The flexibility in choosing a day to bring my kids to see you guys and the ability to board them when we need to do last minute travel.

I think you need more staff
From the first time I did a tour (without our new puppies), I was ready. Everyone I have met is so nice and you can tell they love dogs and they will take very good care of them. I was nervous to bring our girls (sisters) in and leave them for the first time. I felt reassured that they would be fine and well taken care of. Junior is an amazing trainer and has so much patience. You can watch your fur babies on the webcams!
Kai loves being there and it is very convenient.

Friendly team, love the variety of activities they do with our fur babies. Our baby loves going there. They have great spa services and boarding also. Love love love the themed photo shoots they do.
