Friendly people, especially Mercedes and Crystal. They love animals and are kind to humans as well, a local gem in Upland! I cannot imagine leaving my dogs in the care of anyone else.

I think you need more staff
From the first time I did a tour (without our new puppies), I was ready. Everyone I have met is so nice and you can tell they love dogs and they will take very good care of them. I was nervous to bring our girls (sisters) in and leave them for the first time. I felt reassured that they would be fine and well taken care of. Junior is an amazing trainer and has so much patience. You can watch your fur babies on the webcams!
Kai loves being there and it is very convenient.
