Friendly staff that genuinely love dogs.
The fact that my pup gets excited as I turn the corner and pulls me to the door when we get out of the car tells me everything! I like that he is in a room with other pups his size and that there is a ‘coach’ in the room with them to monitor the play. I also love the cameras to be able to peek in on his day and the themed days for activities, treats, and photos. The staff clearly all love dogs and the pups all seem to love them back.
The staff seems to be very knowledgeable about dogs and their behaviors, and they are very capable of redirection when needed, as well as reading dogs’ body language.
Friendly staff who all give him hugs. Cooper is always happy to leave us when we drop him off. The facility is clean and not over populated by taking too many dogs on any given day. There is never any smell of dog urine or feces when we are in the facility. We are able to arrange for day care on the weekends when needed. We also love that Cooper is @ble to be groomed weekly.
Our pup got bit on his ear during daycare, so that was unfortunate. I want know that my dogs are safe and being watched while they’re at Dogtopia. Thank you.

Friendliness
The ease of scheduling and the friendly staff that know me and my dog when we enter the door.
I recommend Dogtopia Cedar Mill to my friends all the time. My only concern is the revolving door of staff, especially managers and coaches. I understand that the coach position is entry level, but the turnover there is hard on our dogs. I don’t know the pay scale or benefits, but finding a way to keep these folks is critical. For us pet parents, the revolving door at manager is tough. We were so hopeful that with Dee we had turned that corner. Jamie is great, I just hope that she gets the support that she needs and will stick around. I didn’t see her last week, which makes me nervous. Hoping it was just a timing issue. Anyway….please find a lane to keep the good people that you have.
