Clean and cheery environment. Employees are cheery and friendly. My dog is happy to arrive and not so anxious to leave.

everyone seemed very helpful with my questions when i took my dog in for a eval
-dog identification/collars. If owners use reasonable collars, why swap them for daycare? I am not convinced that frayed used collars are more sanitary. They are left on sometimes after pickup. And once in a while, owners are presented and sometimes leave with the wrong dog!
– payment: I have daycare unlimited which should give us $25/day boarding. The last 3 boardings were $50. Training should be held so employees can easily check out and charge correctly

I like that there is play all day and the facility is clean. The staff is always courteous and friendly. They truly seem to care about my dog.
Friendly staff that genuinely love dogs.
The fact that my pup gets excited as I turn the corner and pulls me to the door when we get out of the car tells me everything! I like that he is in a room with other pups his size and that there is a ‘coach’ in the room with them to monitor the play. I also love the cameras to be able to peek in on his day and the themed days for activities, treats, and photos. The staff clearly all love dogs and the pups all seem to love them back.
The staff seems to be very knowledgeable about dogs and their behaviors, and they are very capable of redirection when needed, as well as reading dogs’ body language.
