You were able to get my big Newfoundland Georgia in on short notice for a bath and nail trim! The guy (Cody?) I talked to was very helpful and responsive. George came home looking & smelling much better. We will definitely be back for more spa services 😊

Personalized care, staff knows the dogs!!! Very helpful staff.

Our dog has white fur and when we pick her up she always has a black tint to her and what feels like a residue when we pet her. Some kind of non-transferable floor surface would be awesome…

It might be helpful to have a pet report card to see how well the dog is doing in terms of play/socialization, eating, etc.

THe employees are great..the seem to truly like their 4-footed customers. My pup come homes pooped from all the fun she has had.

My pup LOVES Dogtopia. He literally squeals with glee as we turn into the parking lot. Cheers to the caring, dog-loving staff, and well-managed play rooms!!

The best asset you have is Dee. She is a great manager, works well with clients and is amazing with our dogs. Jay is great at the front desk and Cody is doing well as he learns the position and clients. The coaches seem much more engaged with the dogs under Dee’s leadership.

I hope this team grows and is a bit more stable than some have been in the past. It’s rough on our dogs and on the owners when there is constant turnover.
