All the staff is wonderful! I think the only feedback is that when I checked in, I approved that the Dogtopia food be given when I was out on vacation but got multiple texts asking what food to feed him.
I love the flexibility in drop-off time and packages. Plus the facility is super clean and, best of all, the staff is extremely friendly.

Love the app. We’ve tried a few different places and typically most places have a friendly staff, good facilities etc. just like Dogtopia does. What I like even more is the ease of booking and going to my account via the app.
Excellent facilities. Great services from the Dogtopia team. Their high standards to assure vaccination when due gives peace of mind. My dogs love to go and play with their fellows. We are very happy with Dogtopia.
I like that dogtopia lets my dog be a hooligan, but within certain boundaries. I know he is safe there.
The extra care provided to my dog and I love that there is a quiet time for 2 hrs
