We love Dogtopia! We have an older dog (10) and a younger dog (3) and they both love going to Dogtopia. They love the staff and we are so thankful for people who truly care about dogs like they all do. They are completely capable of handling any situation that arises and we never have to worry. my dog seems happy when I pick her up!
You manage the dog pee really well. My puppy dog never comes home smelling of the strong pea amonia. I also like that I receive calls if Millie Lu has issues, not eating her food, and when events are schedule while she’s there. I don’t bring her enough to follow your calendar of events, your staff is aware, and so they call me to see if Millie can be included. I appreciate them for calling me. Thank you!!! The staff is friendly and incredibly good to the dogs. I know that my pup is excited every time we come to the facility and can’t wait to go inside. That tells me that he really enjoys his time there. I do hope to see more consistency in the staff in the future – there has been quite a bit of turnover in the three years that we have been coming to Cedar Mill.
