I really enjoy taking my pup to Dogtopia. My only complaints are that sometimes she is covered in urine mainly on her underbelly. Secondly I do see at times where caretakers are on their phones not giving 100% focus to the pups.
Safe dog enironment, protocols inplace to ensure safety, 2 hour scheduled naptime, questions asked about my senior dog related to how they can take good care of him.
Friendly and always happy to see my dog. What concerns me is the fairly regular turnover of staff.
I like the Photo days but recently the photos have been printed on printer paper from the printer. I like the real photos much better.
Shorten the intro process to use boarding. It’s much longer and more expensive than other boarders.

Personable and community focused, honestly I wish I worked there because the people are so kind and the dogs are so loved. I have service dog and I like the foundation and the events, I like the pet clinic thing for low cost spays and neuters and puppy vet as that helps more dogs get homes. Every day is a good day and every dog is a good dog. I like the web cams,the easy schedule. And the cute cute logo and mascot.
Smaller dogs separate from larger dogs and special treats.
Staff are friendly and helpful. The site is very clean. My dog loves it there. The only negative is that there is no outdoor space.
They treat every dog like they would their own, when my dog arrives they act like he’s their favorite ha!
