We love the service. The people are very friendly and make efficient use of my time both checking our dog in and picking him up. If there is anything they observe, be it a cough, Cooper humping other dogs and asking if there is an issue they aren’t aware of, they call us immediately. They remind us when Cooper’s vaccination is going to expire to ensure we are on top of it.

We love they have a 2 hour window in the middle of the day for the dogs and the staff to rest and rejuvenate as it is a demanding job to keep all of our puppies happy.

The staff is great and gives us good feedback for our pup on good and when he isn’t so good.

We were visiting from out of town and needed dog boarding and we take our dog to a local Dogtopia at home, so we knew it’d be a great option and it was! Thank you for caring for our pup so well! She was safe, happy & tired when I picked her up. And loved being able to check on her on the webcams. My only frustration was that the business is a franchise, not a chain, so they don’t share files/records and we had to start all over with a meet & greet etc. I’d be great if you could just share info with other Dogtopia’s to make it easier on travelers.
Other than that, highly recommend!

Sooo many things… the staff (pleasing to talk with, knowledgeable, you can tell they really care about animals). Staff are certified. Staff actually monitor/mingle with the dogs under their care (no distracting cellphones, or other electronic devices). Cleanliness. Webcam/App. The design/layout of the facility. It has an HVAC system…. 🙂

Friendly and professional. Clean and safe environment.

The importance placed on encouraging good dog behavior. That you look at each dog as an individual. The focus on safety and cleanliness. And the wonderful staff

Employees relate well to Fauci so he enjoys being there.
