Kind staff, happy dogs.

I wish there were more incentive pricing

Everyone cares about each dog. Thats unique in my experience

Clean, Friendly,love the option of cameras, the spa option too

You screen the dogs very carefully in the meet n greet plus keep track of their vaccinations.

The constant staff turnover is stressful for parents, but most especially our pups. We have lost Brittney who went above and beyond to serve her clients. We have also lost several wonderful, talented and caring coaches. I believe it is worth the investment for management for this location to invest more in their staff. Perhaps better pay, and more staffing. The trust between your staff and us, as parents and our pups is key to growth and stability for our pups.

I want you to know that none of the staff that left complained to me. Most of my thoughts come simply from observation. I also know that it is tough to pay more, but maybe finding other rewards for staff, like a gym membership, extra paid days off, etc..

On a smaller level, requiring staff to wear nametags would be helpful. It’s nice to than them by name, and it’s comforting to know who is taking your pup from you and returning them at the end of the day.

My dog is well taken care of and the staff are wonderful.

I love how nice the staff is and love that I can watch my fur baby play throughout the day. Most of all I love how he jumps out of the car with so much excitement when we get there. Knowing he is happy to be there is the best feeling.
